GENTLE YOGA focuses on the basic yoga postures, healthy alignment of the spine, as well as strengthening the musculature that supports the body. This class transitions slowly through the asanas with a heightened  awareness of safe and intelligent movement. Gentle yoga is fitting for students who are new to yoga, who have physical limitations or who are recovering from injury, and for students who prefer a less rigorous and more relaxing practice.
