Flow yoga classes focus on the connection between the breath and movement cultivating an awareness between the mind and body. The sequence of postures will differ from one class to another but will follow an intelligent progression that moves from the simple to the complex with an emphasis on alignment principles. Flowing with the breath creates heat within the body used to move more deeply into the asanas. This style of yoga develops strength, flexibility and balance while emphasizing the interconnection between breath and conscious movement.
