BLISS YOGA is a relaxing, smooth and soothing class that focuses on the alignment and positioning of foundational yoga poses while connecting the body, mind, and spirit through an awareness of the breath and mindfulness. The beauty of Bliss Yoga is that the sequence varies from class to class and modifications are always optional.  Students will gain flexibility, balance, and strength while immersing in a calming sequence of asanas with ample time to deepen into each posture before moving into the next.
